Welcome to The Joy Reserve Event Rentals. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all rentals, purchases, and services provided by The Joy Reserve Event Rentals (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, paying for, or using our rental services, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “You”) agree to the terms set forth below.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics
Booking & Reservation
A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date and reserve inventory.
No items or dates will be held without a deposit. The remaining balance is due on or before the date listed on your invoice. Failure to pay in full by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of funds already paid.
Payments & Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, ACH, or approved online invoice links.
Final payment is required before pickup, delivery, or setup.
All bookings are confirmed once payment has been received and processed successfully.
Delivery, Setup, & Pickup
Delivery and pickup fees are determined based on event location, distance, and accessibility.
The Client must ensure that the event space is ready for setup at the agreed-upon time.
Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, waiting time, or rescheduled delivery.
Items must be packed, grouped, and ready for pickup at the designated time.
Rental Period
The standard rental period is 24 hours, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
Extended rental time may be available at an additional cost and must be arranged before your event.
Responsibility & Care of Items
Clients are responsible for all items from delivery (or pickup) until they are returned to The Joy Reserve.
You agree to:

Use items only for their intended purpose

Keep all rentals safe from weather, damage, and theft

Return all items in the same condition they were received
If any item is damaged, lost, or missing, replacement or repair costs will be charged to the Client as outlined in the invoice or rental agreement.
Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event may receive a partial refund, excluding deposits and fees.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable in full.
Credits or reschedules may be considered at the discretion of The Joy Reserve based on availability.

Damages, Loss, & Liability
The Client assumes full responsibility for all rented items, including damages due to negligence, weather, improper handling, or theft.
Replacement costs will be billed at full retail value.
Cleaning or repair fees may be charged for soiled or stained items.
The Joy Reserve is not liable for any injury, accident, or property damage that occurs during the use of rental items.
Weather & Unforeseen Events
In the event of extreme weather or other uncontrollable circumstances (“Acts of God”), The Joy Reserve will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling or apply a credit toward a future date. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Photography & Marketing Use
By renting or booking services, you grant The Joy Reserve permission to photograph or share images of your event setup and décor for marketing or social media purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your event.
Liability Disclaimer
The Joy Reserve Event Rentals is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the use, transport, or setup of rented items. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Joy Reserve and its staff from any and all claims arising from the use of our rentals or services.
Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
